LegalezeUSA also offers a variety of legal document kits for you to purchase to prepare your own legal documents. Each kit comes with instructions. Please be advised that LegalezeUSA does not help any consumer prepare the legal kits they have purchased for self preparation.

ELECTRONICLLY FILED CHAPTER 7 BANKRUPTCY

LegalezeUSA has been approved to file Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Petitions electroniclly by the United States Bankruptcy Court. There is a $200.00 fee per filing for preparing the Bankruptcy Petition along with all the asset and creditor schedules. This fee must be paid to LegalezeUSA in advance of the petitions being processed and filed. If you want to file a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy you must call LegalezeUSA at 480-892-5558 and speak to a Legal Document Preparer for instructions to get the necessary papers to thme for preparation and filing.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILING

The individual filing must provide all of the credit information about their financial condition and assets to LegalezeUSA before the petition can be filed. Every bill must have a statement with an amount, address, and account number. The Debtor must provide a statement of their assets secured and unscured to the Document Preparer so the application may be completed timely. Once the petition has been completed it will then be mailed to the Petitioner for signature and filing with the Bankruptcy Court. The filing fee is $299.00 which must be paid at the time of filing the petition. Along with the Bankruptcy filing the Petitioner must also provide to the Federal Bankruptcy Court Clerk a copy of the Credit Counseling Pre-Filing Certficate. After the Creditors Hearing, Debtor must obtain a Pre-Discharge Debtor Education Certificate and present it to the Court before a final Bankruptcy Discharge will be mailed to the Debtor. The staff of LegalezeUSA are not attorneys and will not give the Debtor legal advice. Each Pro Se Debtor will represent themselves in the Bankruptcy Court. All of the Peititions will be filed based upon the information received from the Debtor.
